Ubisoft has announced today that a playable single player demo of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Splinter Cell is now available on Microsoft’s Xbox Live Marketplace service free of charge.
However there is a catch, as the company has previously inked a deal with the video game publication OXM (Official Xbox Magazine), by which the magazine will be the exclusive first issuer of the demo in the United States. Residents in foreign territories will be able to experience the demo starting today, while their US counterparts will have to wait until the magazine hits newsstands tomorrow.
The demo which is set to be available on Xbox Live in America early in November includes a portion of the “Dante’s Casino” level of the game and is set to showcase the game’s unique style.
Will have much more on Rainbow Six Vegas in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
