Early this month, Sony and Zipper announced that their ‘massive action game’, MAG, would have a public beta before its release. However, with no set release date, we have little perspective on when to expect the beta. That was, until early today.
An off-screen photo of Yaster, MAG forum moderator and Community Team member, has surfaced. The photo shows Yaster’s PSN ID playing “MAG Beta.” It should come as no surprise that someone who works at Sony is playing the MAG beta but at least we have some confirmation that the beta exists.
The idea of 256 player matches may sound awesome on paper, but could end up being a clusterf%*&. It’s safe to say that a lot of people are anxious to get their hands on this game. The beta could really make or break this game.
