Rumor: New James Bond Title Coming in 2010, Exclusive to Wii

A new Bond title exclusive to the Nintendo Wii might possibly be in the works. According to IGN, an online resume for a Eurocom animator named Craig Peck said that the studio is currently working on a new James Bond game called “Goldeneye 2010” for the Wii.

Earlier this year, Mike Griffith, CEO of Activision, said that the company was indeed making a new Bond title. As IGN pointed out, it’s pretty unlikely that it will be the HD remake of Goldeneye 64 that we would love to have.

In any case, a Goldeneye title is long overdue, as the last one was released back in 2005. More info on this game should be revealed soon.
