Sony Computer Entertainment Europe President David Reeves says he doesn't know a thing about the PlayStation 4, and it's no wonder — just look at that thing! In all seriousness, when cornered by Dutch TV station RTL about it, he replied:
"I'm not even sure if that's being considered. It's certainly nothing I can talk about. I have absolutely no knowledge of it whatsoever. Not even sure it's being planned." — via VideoGamer.com
Regarding general development within SCE, Reeves went on to add "We're still continuing to develop products that we put in our mid range plans six months ago, one year ago." Thus continues the trend of no one saying anything until E3 or something similarly momentus. It was to be expected. Doing a little quick math on the time of announcement cross referenced with the time of release of the PlayStations 2 and 3, VideoGamer.com believes we won't hear anything about a fourth PlayStation console before the Spring/Summer period of 2010.
