The Bard’s Tale Confirmed

InXile Entertainment recently confirmed that it has secured the name The Bard’s Tale for its upcoming role-playing game. In development for all platforms and slated for release later this year, the non-linear game will have players taking the role of ‘the Bard’, a musician and adventurer motivated by the pursuit of the all mighty coin and company of the female persuasion. This will no doubt be a welcome change from the more typical desire to be noble or to save the world by finding ‘The Twelve Shards of EvermoreValeShire.’

The Bard’s Tale is currently scheduled for worldwide release this fall.
