What did you miss about video games today? What were some of the gaming industry's most popular people tweeting about? I'll give you 10 tweets I found awesome, informative, weird, funny, stupid, or whatever, and then I'll give some commentary on it. Also, we've gotten a few submissions from fans that have been retweeted by developers, publishers, or other gaming journalists; so as long as I have one to put up, I'll include a fan submission too.
An impressive feat, but did anyone see it doing otherwise?
The power of loot is strong with this one… also, has anyone found an SOJ yet?
That doesn't sound fun at all.
Hahaha, wasn't it the set of Moulon Rouge though?
And I chuckled at this. Go see The Great Gatsby to see what Rapture used to be like.
With the success of Steam, League of Legends, Starcraft II, and now Diablo III, I don't see how anyone can make that statement now. But console fanboys will. Believe me… they will.
And poor Hufflepuff gets left out again… at least there's this song:
Is is bad that I'm more excited about Prometheus than I am about E3?
As someone who's wife read and loved the Fifty Shades of Grey series, I will refrain from commenting. What I find even worse than this is that R-Patz is being considered for Finnick in Catching Fire. W…T…F…
Tweet of the Day
This is awful. Stephen Reid had to deal with a lot of angry players around the release of the game (the whole thing with players not understanding how a subscription works with a free month of game time). He was always honest and did his job better than anyone could have done. It's a shame that he was one of the people layed off by BioWare, and I hope for the best for him. He's a good guy and deserves good things. Best of luck to everyone affected by the Bioware layoffs.
