WarTech Senko no Ronde Headed Stateside

Ubisoft today announced WarTech Senko no Ronde for a May 2007 release in North American and European territories for the Xbox 360.

In development at G.rev Ltd, WarTech Senko no Ronde puts a new take on the popular 2004 Japanese arcade game. Players are thrust into the distant future in a world where humanity has colonized countless galaxies and Earth is used solely for natural resources. As a result of violent wars erupting between nations in a fierce struggle for world domination, Rounder Mechs take to the skies to determine the fate of all.

The game will be packed with features, including a fast paced fighting system with a multitude of special moves, power ups and attack drowns in order to pull of some of the most lethal combos ever seen. Connect to Xbox Live in order to challenge your friends or vanquish your adversaries. A solid story mode and epic boss battles round out what is sure to become a sleeper hit of 2007.
