VIDEO SUMMARY
Zero Dawn is indeed locked at 30 FPS even while playing on the PS4 Pro. It’s worth noting that even though the game can’t double its frame rate on the added hardware, the game has absolutely no slow down, so it appears that Guerrilla Games decided to emphasize visuals a tad more than framerate, but the game still performs very reliably on a technical level.
