Notorious hacker group Lizard Squad has struck again, this time taking down video game streaming website Twitch.tv and popular online game League of Legends.
Lizard Squad first teased the distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack hours ago on Twitter, and now it looks like they've followed through.

Shortly after taking down Twitch, the hackers turned their attention towards Riot Games' League of Legends.
Going for the double kill, LoL NA and Twitch #offline

It appears to be another DDoS attack, similar to the one Lizard Squad performed on Sony's PlayStation Network over the weekend. Currently, Twitch is unable to load and logging into LoL reveals a queue of over 20,000. On the bright side, Sony has since restored service, though PSN experienced some "minor network connectivity issues" today.
